Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We only accept returns for items that are deemed faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so our team can review and assist you.

Once your item has been assessed and confirmed as faulty, you will be offered either a replacement product or store credit.
