Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays
Ramsh is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, RAMSH is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing parcels. All orders are handed over to the shipping carrier in good condition, and responsibility then transfers to the courier service.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your item, we recommend checking with household members, neighbours, or your local post office. You may also lodge an investigation directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
RAMSH is not liable for refunds or replacements for items that are confirmed as delivered.
